Welcome to Cakes by Noah.

For the love of all things baking and because at the time of Noah’s Coeliac diagnosis, we couldn’t get hold of any tasty gluten free cakes and bakes, so I created ‘Cakes by Noah’,  gluten free baking with all of the taste and enjoyment  but without the gluten.

Whilst I may not be keeping this website up to date, I do keep my socials’ up to date, for which recipes are always written.

Should you need further information about Coeliac Disease please head over to the Coeliac UK website, where you will find everything you need to know and more. I am no dietician, I just create tasty gluten free cakes and bakes.

My latest Gluten Free Cookbook, ‘Cakes by Noah – Gluten Free Baking’, is available by emailing me as a hard copy and also through Amazon as an E-Book.

I am open to suggestions as to what to make and bake and would love to review a product or product range. I will ensure the readership knows I have been asked to review a certain product and I will give my honest feedback.
