About Cakes By Noah

Welcome to Cakes by Noah.

For the love of all things cakes and bakes and because at the time, we couldn’t get hold of any tasty cakes and bakes for Noah, so I started to make my own, cakes and bakes that are all gluten free. All of the taste and enjoyment without the gluten.

I’ll try anything once, as variety and innovation is what it’s all about.  I’m having fun along the way with all the trials and tribulations, that make up gluten free baking. The joy of the internet and everyday life, gives me plenty of inspiration to create something new with a gluten free twist. Making cake accessible for everyone.

And whilst I may not be keeping this website up to date, I do keep my socials’ up to date and regularly post new gluten free cakes and bakes through out the year, for which recipes are always written.  After all…..Everyone should have cake!

Should you need further information on Coeliac Disease please head over to the Coeliac UK website, were you will find everything you need to know and more.

My latest Gluten Free Cookbook – Cakes by Noah – Gluten Free Baking, is now available through this website as a hard copy and also through Amazon as an E-Book.

I am open to suggestions as to what to make and bake and would love to review a product or product range. I will ensure the readership knows I have been asked to review a certain product and I will give my honest feedback.

I would love you to get in contact to discuss your individual or company requirements for recipes, converting recipes to gluten free or creating bespoke recipes – please contact me via – cakesbynoah@gmail.com

I have previously created recipes for a guest post for the Clandestine Cake Club, Food Thoughts UK, Van Dotsch Spices, Mrs Darlington’s and The East India Company  I have also given baking demonstrations at the Foodies Festival, Great British Food Festival and the Taste Of Cheshire Food Festival in Chester. I would love to be part of your food festival.

  1. Hi, my mother in law saw the article about Cakes By Noah in Cheshire Life yesterday and immediately let me know. I was diagnosed with CD on Monday after biopsies. I’m looking forward to trying your recipes and reading your posts. I live in the same village as you, it’s small world! Take care x
